My journey into real estate began with a love for homes, family, and the Florence community I’ve proudly called home for over 40 years.
The inspiration to get my real estate license came to me in the late 1990s, while I was working for a children’s clothing company. I was the sales manager, recruiting sales representatives, training them, and handling customer service. I did a bit of everything.
However, I was traveling a lot, and being away from my children for long periods wasn’t easy. It was challenging for my family while I was gone. That’s when I realized I wanted to do something different, something that would still allow me to use my skills and experience, but with more balance.
I studied economics in college and previously worked at a bank on the operations side, doing a lot of budgeting and management, so I had those skills. As a sales manager, I was also familiar with customer service and relationship building. I wanted to combine my savviness with numbers and my love for working with people.

That’s how real estate came to me, and it made perfect sense. I’ve always loved homes and spending time with family. I also love Florence, which has been my home for the past 43 years. I was excited to share this community with newcomers.
Another big motivation was flexibility. I wanted a career where I could work from home and truly be present with my daughters: Emily, Katherine, Maggie, and Laura. Family has always been everything to me. So, in 2001, I earned my real estate license and took the leap.
At first, I worked part-time and slowly began growing the business. Building credibility as a REALTOR® took time, and I had to learn an industry that is constantly changing. But that’s one of the things I enjoy most, this job keeps me on my toes. I’m always keeping up with the latest regulations and best technological practices.
Being a REALTOR® while raising four daughters was like raising a little village. All of our daughters stepped up to support one another, which made a tremendous difference during my transition into working full-time as an agent. It truly was a family effort.
Fast forward to today, I’ve been doing this job for 25 years, and I still love it. My biggest motivation continues to be my family. My husband and I recently celebrated 40 plus years of marriage and are looking forward to many more. Our daughters are all grown up now, and I currently have six grandchildren. They are my pride and joy, and I welcome their unconditional love.
My husband and my daughters are my best friends. We love boating together and spending time in Georgetown. Church continues to be a meaningful part of my life, and I stay actively involved in the programs and initiatives throughout the year. Fall is full of Clemson football, and my other interests include tennis and reading.

Looking back, real estate gave me exactly what I was searching for, a career that honors both my skills and my family. It has allowed me to serve others, stay rooted in the Florence community I love, and be present for the moments that matter most. After 25 years, my work is still driven by heart, faith, and family.
What sets me apart as a real estate agent is a combination of experience, local knowledge, and genuine care for my clients. With 43 years living in Florence and The Grand Strand, I know this area inside and out. I don’t just help clients find a house, I help match them with neighborhoods that truly fit their lifestyle. I also connect them with local events, people, and communities so they can feel at home right away.
I work with all types of buyers and sellers, whether it’s a first home, a vacation property, new construction, or a relocation. I’ve truly done a bit of everything. Furthermore, I stay current on market updates, best practices, and technology so my clients always benefit from informed guidance.
When you work with me, you can expect an agent who handles nearly every detail, except packing the boxes. I help connect clients with lenders, contractors, and trusted professionals. As an advisor, I offer a big-picture perspective, thoughtful financial guidance, and strong advocacy at the negotiation table. I treat my clients like family.
Sincerely,

Beth Jones
